Bhakti seems to be increasing in popularity these days and I can't think of a better remedy for the many symptoms of modern life that we're all too familiar with. I'm no expert but I was introduced to Bhakti through Kripalu yoga. It makes sense since Kripalu yoga is modeled after the swami named for unconditional love. I find that many yogis/yoginis are confused about what they should/should not eat to support their practice. We may excel at sun salutes and pranayam but sometimes when we think about our next meal we have doubts. You might ask: should I eat vegetarian, vegan, raw or even wheat-free?
